Everything is clean and with working aircon, plus location is walkable to any tourist spot. They also have free bikes which we enjoy and they are very accommodating. The two cute dogs are too friendly and lovable☺️We will surely be back here☺️

老闆很友善，還有兩衹可愛的狗狗，地理位置很方便走路不到5分鐘就到老街了 ，1分鐘路程還有一家KFC 還有很多美食都在附近。  住宿環境滿意：不特地挑的話 睡的安靜安心 👍🏻 （如果還有來會安我還會選擇這裡！） The boss is very friendly and has two cute dogs. The location is very convenient. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the Old Street. There is also a KFC in 1 minute and many delicious foods nearby.   Satisfactory accommodation environment: not particularly picky, quiet and peaceful sleep👍🏻 （If I come to Hoi An again, I will choose here again!）

Nice little homestay in a good location, good value for money and good, helpful staff. They make great, cheap coffee and the dogs are still cute and affectionate. However, there's no breakfast or food, unlike most places in Vietnam. Also, the "free" bicycles are now too old to ride and you need to rent bicycles from them.

Хороший отель, тебе всегда стараются помочь, в номере чисто, отличный район, до центра города рукой подать, присутствует хорошая ночная охрана в виде двух собак, чувствовали себя безопасно…)

民宿叔叔慈祥又友善，會給行程建議，提供借單車和電單車，每天會打掃，外出回來發現還把衣服摺疊好，房間有冰箱和露台，地點很方便，步行去古鎮10分鐘內，住了3天，如果再次去越南會再選擇住這里。謝謝！

Le propriétaire est très gentil, serviable et à notre écoute ! L'immeuble est propre et la chambre aussi, le propriétaire y fait bien attention. Cependant, la chambre est humide et malheureusement on le ressent rien qu'en rentrant dans la chambre et ça se voit sur les murs... Cela reste un bon homestay très bien situé dans la charmante ville de Hoi an

2인실을 사용해도 3인실 가족 방 절대 사용하지 마세요 침대가 방 공간 전부 차지해서 걷기 조차 함듬 창은 엄청 큰대 커텐 열면 바로 3M 앞에 집이 있어서 커텐 열수가 없음 가격도 저렴하지 않음 2인실 추천 3인실 절대 예약하지 마세요
